SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with me! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Colours may vary slightly when printed on items. Note that items are made to order. Please double check that your address, name, and full information is correct. We are not responsible for costs to replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us via email to request a replacement with proof of damages.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Returns
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges OR returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
